CEEN was presented with our most ambitious project to date: to transform two former penthouses into a singular, awe-inspiring space. Beyond the aesthetic and craftsmanship challenges, we were tasked with implementing a user-centric approach, optimizing technological solutions to enhance the living experience for high-profile occupants. The design needed to be versatile, suitable for various high-end uses, from luxury short-term rentals for high net worth individuals to serving as a backdrop for prestigious media productions. CEEN embraced this challenge with unbridled creativity and meticulous attention to detail. Our design-led approach resulted in a space that is not just a living area, but a work of art in its own right.

The centrepiece of our design is the breathtaking 5.5-meter kitchen, a testament to exceptional craftsmanship and innovative design. We engaged five different specialised contractors to bring this vision to life. The kitchen is wrapped in 35mm strips of tile, allowing for a curved, continuous vein that creates a mesmerising visual flow. Complementing this, we designed two backlit Corian alcoves that mirror the living space and the kitchen, creating a harmonious dialogue between the areas.

In the living space, we introduced a curved sofa that serves both as a striking design element and a clever way to delineate zones within the open-plan layout. This piece of furniture creates a subtle separation between the kitchen and living areas while maintaining an inviting, fluid atmosphere.

Embracing cutting-edge technology, TIB features a smart access system allowing occupants and renters to enter via a code on their phones. The lighting system exemplifies our commitment to both form and function. Controlled by a master switch at the entrance and remotely via smart devices, it seamlessly transitions from creating a moody, intimate atmosphere to providing bright, functional illumination.

Throughout the space, we carefully curated finishes that reflect the project's ambitious nature. With an investment of approximately £500,000 in finishes alone, every surface, texture, and material was chosen to contribute to the overall sense of bold luxury. From bespoke lighting fixtures to custom-made furnishings, each element was designed to make a statement.
